- Not attempt to access other organizations' data or tamper with the service.

4. Survey content
The content of each survey (questions, text, images) is the responsibility of the organization that creates it. We do not review user content in advance, but we may remove it if it is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The software, design and brand of the service belong to the publisher. Content created by each user (surveys, text, images) remains theirs; by uploading it, they grant us the technical permission needed to store and display it in order to provide the service.
6. Liability and availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be interruptions, whether for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for damages arising from an interruption, nor for how each organization uses the data it collects.

If the site contains links to third-party pages, we do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
